I myself, (Jessica Lumsden) became an independent support worker after 3 years of working for various services. During this time, I noticed client’s needs fall through the cracks, this inspired me to create my own service with the primary goal to make sure no one slips through the cracks.

My hope is for my business to grow and spread like a beacon of what supports, and care should be.

We are open to providing care to anyone on NDIS no matter the disability including mental health, age or gender orientation and do not discriminate against anyone no matter their background.

My mother worked as a SIL support worker for years in Vic and Tasmania. We used to discuss our concerns for the people who fell through the cracks and decided to join forces and make a difference. This business was built by myself and my mother with the intent for Mum to move back to Victoria and carry out this dream. Sadly, she passed away last year as we were getting ready to expand, I’ve decided to continue to carry on her light and legacy. She is the inspiration on how my business runs today. I have carefully picked a team that embodies her ideals. I think she would be proud of where we are today, and we will continue to move forward in her memory.

Jessica Lumsden

Owner, Support worker
Jessica is an enegetic, out going person with a high attention to detail and care factor. She’s been in the industry for 3 years and started this business to provide quality, high level supports to all those who need it.
Jess Holds a cert 4 in community services and has 4 yeas of experience as an early childhood educator, she also has all her first aid certs.
Tiana MCdermott

Support worker
Tiana is a mother of one working two jobs. Tiana is a fast learner and has a calm approach to clients. She is very friendly and approachable.
Tiana has only been in the role for a few months now and has police check and NDIS screening check. Don’t let her couple months of experience fool you Tiana is fantastic at her job and is willing to further her training.
